Staff very friendly and happy to help , hotel exceptional clean , good location , Large choice of food . Hotel is split over 4 blocks with a pool for each pair of blocks.. its fine but there is a very small quiet road in between them Hire a bike from in town as travel the coast line
Minimal Gluten free options Snack bar poor selection.. Bread, meat and cake! Not alot of English choices but was fine for us as we ate out aswell ..

We got an amazing deal for all inclusive and I must say the food was a lot better than expected. There was always lots of variety of fish and meat at every meal and there was hardly anything that couldn't be eaten. Rooms were fairly clean although there were few mosquitoes around. The hotel is very close to the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a lovely beach.
The hotel is more of a 3 star venue. Outdoor swimming pools are small and the indoor swimming pool is small and not kept very well, the place felt damp and smelly. We were there at the end of October and entertainment at night time only took place randomly on a couple of nights without any notice. Basically the resort doesn't offer much more than a bed and a balcony and decent food if you go for all inclusive. I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a 4 star standard.

A nice hotel but I was say 3 star plus not 4
The hotel was lovely and I didn’t find it dated like some other reviews. The staff were really polite and helpful and especially the reception ladies who went above and beyond in helping us check in. I liked the location of our room being so close to the bar area and pool
The hotel was due to close for the season so I could kind of understand but there wasn’t any entertainment or things to do. Even the sauna was out of use. We were all inclusive and the food was edible and with enough choices that we wouldn’t starve but unless you were there for the dining hall opening everything was luke warm or cold. I could never find a bowl for cereal and the milk in the coffee machine curdled every day. The pancakes at breakfast were made by the show cooking and they were made at about the size of a coin . You were served them and only allowed one .
